Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify the items, change shipping information, or cancel the order. Please double-check your order details—such as your name, shipping address, billing information, and product selection—before confirming your purchase.


Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments or retroactive application of promotions or discount codes. All discounts are time-limited and must be applied at the time of checkout.


Are returns or refunds available?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.


My item arrived damaged or faulty—what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

To assist you efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the damage


I received the wrong item.

If you received an incorrect item, contact us and we will send you the correct product at no extra charge. For fast resolution, we may ask for a photo of the item received.
