SKIDLAB Shipping & Delivery Policy


SECTION 1 - Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days, with most orders shipping within 3–5 business days from our fulfillment centers located in Canada or the USA. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: During peak retail periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season), processing times may be extended due to high order volume.


SECTION 2 - Shipping Carriers & Responsibility

At checkout, you may select from available shipping methods. You are responsible for selecting and paying for your preferred shipping option.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as fulfilled, SKIDLAB is no longer liable for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages while in the custody of the carrier. We will gladly support inquiries, but in some cases, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for detailed updates.


SECTION 3 - Tracking Your Order

Upon fulfillment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Most shipments originate with Canada Post, USPS, or partner carriers and are completed by your local postal service.

If tracking appears stalled, we recommend using the tracking number with your country’s final mile carrier (see Section 5). This often provides more accurate delivery information closer to your location.


SECTION 4 - Estimated Delivery Times

Below are standard estimated delivery windows based on recent carrier data:

These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. SKIDLAB is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party logistics disruptions.


SECTION 5 - Final Mile Delivery Services

Many international orders are handed off to a local postal service for final delivery. You can use the tracking number we provide to monitor your shipment’s progress through your country’s domestic carrier.

SECTION 6 - Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or other import-related fees imposed by your country. These are not included in your order total at checkout.

SKIDLAB does not prepay, reimburse, or collect customs-related fees. If these fees are imposed, you are solely responsible for paying them upon delivery. If the order is returned due to unpaid fees, we cannot refund any associated charges.


SECTION 7 - Backordered Items

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with the following options:

  • Ship available items now and send the remaining items later

  • Delay shipping until the entire order is complete

  • Cancel the backordered item for a full refund


SECTION 8 - Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If a shipping address is incomplete or incorrect and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
